When should I book?+
Consultations open in August. Our install calendar reliably fills by mid-October — early September is the safe window to lock preferred install dates.
Do you provide the lights?+
Yes. We lease commercial-grade C9 LEDs custom-cut to your home. Because they're ours, any damage during the season is fixed by us, on us.
What if a bulb goes out mid-season?+
Text us. We guarantee no lights going out through the season and respond fast when something needs attention.
How does storage work?+
In January we remove your strands, label them by your address, and store them safely off-season. Next November they come out fitted perfectly to your home.
