How permanent is 'permanent'?+

The track and lights stay up year-round. You can turn them off, change colors, or leave them warm white — they're designed to blend into your architecture in daylight.

Will they damage my home?+

No. We use track that mounts to your soffit or fascia with minimal, code-compliant fasteners. Removal is clean if you ever want them down.

What makes your installation different from a DIY kit?+

We build a custom track system for your home's exact lines, then waterproof and seal every connection with extra care. That attention to detail protects the lights from moisture and helps you get the longest life possible out of the system.

What's the warranty?+

We back our installation with a three-year warranty. If a strand goes out because of install negligence, we replace it for free. If a strand goes out because of a manufacturing defect, that's covered by Govee's manufacturer warranty. Govee typically replaces the full strand, and we install it for the same price as the initial install.

Can I still get holiday C9s if I have Govee?+

Absolutely. Many clients use Govee year-round and add our turnkey C9 service during Christmas for that classic look.
