Using this website

This website is provided by North Pole Lighting Co. ("we", "us") so you can learn about our holiday lighting services and request a quote. By using the site you agree to these terms. The site content is for general information and doesn't create a contract — every project is confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes and services

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and may change after we see the property. Work is scheduled only after you approve a written quote. North Pole Lighting Co. is licensed and insured (Oregon CCB #253926).

Text messaging program (SMS)

When you check the text-message consent box on our quote form and provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from North Pole Lighting Co. about your quote request, scheduling, project updates, and — if you opt in to marketing messages — seasonal offers and availability.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (971) 455-2366. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, submit the form again or text us to restart.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse this website — no attempting to break into it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or fraudulent quote requests. We may block access to protect the site and our customers.

Liability

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, North Pole Lighting Co. isn't liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms
